detail of Groundnut Luwombo

1 • 200g groundnuts
2 • ½onion (small)
3 • 1 tomato
4 • 1 teaspoon salt
5 • 50g dry mushrooms
6 • 100-150ml water

2 • Lightly roast the ground nuts. They should not get ready at all.
3 • Pound or grind finely.
4 • Chop the onion finely
5 • Clean the mushrooms and cut into small pieces and soak in water.
6 • Cut the tomatoes.
7 • Mix the groundnuts with the rest of the ingredients.
8 • Add enough water to make a light paste, adding more water if necessary.
9 • Pour everything in a prepared luwombo (smoked banana leaf). Pull up the sides and tie neatly above the mixture and trim the top.
10 • Steam over food or in own steaming pan
